Your Mortgage magazine has been a loyal supporter since 1998. Gruelling sponsored walks and testing bike rides are among efforts that have raised a massive £320,000 for Shelter over the years.
Employee involvement
In 2006 staff from Your Mortgage, including Bharat Sagar, chairman, and Luke Broadhurst, managing director, raised an astonishing £40,000 in a single event - a sponsored 'walk round the houses' which consisted of walking from the oldest mortgage lender's offices to the newest mortgage lender's building.
Charity auction
Bharat and Luke also offered advertising space on their turbans to the highest corporate bidders!
