Regular donations are essential to fund Shelter's campaigning work and provide services for homeless people and families trapped in substandard, unsafe or overcrowded housing.

We need to attract new supporters to help guarantee that our work will continue to develop, and street fundraising plays a major part in our donor recruitment activity. You could become part of the story by joining Shelter's door to door team.

The door to door fundraisers work as a team in the afternoons and evenings between 3-9pm in and around London. You will need to approach a wide range of people in a sensitive and respectful way and be able to communicate to them the value of our work and how they can support the charity through regular committed gifts.
