Hollyoaks star backs Shelter scheme

06 October 2008

TV actress Zoe Lister, who plays Zoe Carpenter in Hollyoaks, is supporting a new Shelter program for college and university students.

We are looking for ambitious, outgoing students to raise money and spread the word about our work.

Shelter’s Student Event Managers get the opportunity to work towards a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Career Development Award, and there are prizes and incentives for top fundraisers.

Zoe said:

'I wish I'd got off the sofa and bothered to do something like this when I was studying.

You can help raise money for a great cause through lots of fun activities - and it's great experience for your CV’.

If you’re a student and considering a career in event management, marketing or the voluntary sector, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
