As one of the 30,000 runners tackling the famous course, you'll go through all five boroughs of the world's most cosmopolitan city.

From Staten Island to the finish line in Central Park, the course goes over the impressive Verrazano-Narrow and Queensboro bridges and past the famous Empire State and Chrysler buildings.

Two million cheering spectators line the route through Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx and will lift you through the final stretch in Manhatten.

When you pledge to run for Shelter, we will support you all the way with training advice, fundraising tips to help you reach your sponsorship target and Shelter-branded t-shirts and running vests.
