Aprons at the ready! Shelter has launched Cake Time, an exciting new way to raise funds for our work with people in housing need. Just bake or buy your favourite cakes, and you're off.
It's easy to set up a Cake Time event with friends, family, neighbours or colleagues. You'll find all the information you need to register on the Cake Time website, along with materials to download, a gallery of beautiful cakes and celebrity recipes.
Among the celebrities taking part is Channel 4's Sarah Beeny. She said: 'Whether you're a kitchen goddess or you just want to indulge your senses, Cake Time is the perfect opportunity to raise money for homeless and badly housed people.
'With scrumptious recipes - including my mouth-watering chocolate muffins - there's really no excuse for not getting involved.'
