Shoosmiths staff present cheque

A huge thank you to the staff at commercial law firm Shoosmiths, who have raised £120,000 for Shelter’s emergency hardship fund, which provides essential household items for homeless families.

The trio also gave copies of their employment law book, ‘Drafting Service Agreements’, which they co-wrote. They are kindly donating all royalties raised to Shelter.

Shelter's David Evans said: ‘This is a fantastic donation by an organisation which has made a huge contribution to our work. It will benefit those who face the most acute problems.

'It was great to meet the Shoosmiths team especially as they not only clearly support Shelter but also have a great understanding of the work of Human Resources given their specialism in employment law.’
