Advanced Management Masterclass

This highly experiential course will enable delegates to review and influence strategies within their organisations and to use advanced management techniques and thinking to identify ways of working more effectively.

Participants can sharpen their skills in creating an appropriate organisational culture and in managing change, and they will develop the skills necessary to address specific issues through action learning.

Suitable for

Senior managers with at least five years experience, who are responsible for developing and implementing strategies and who would like to work more effectively towards achieving the aims and objectives of their organisations. The course offers a review of organisational strategies based on modern thinking in management.
