Harassment and Disrepair: An Introduction
Course location:
This course builds on Security of Tenure: Introductory by giving delegates an overview of common problems arising under tenancies. Participants will consider legal frameworks for both harassment/illegal eviction, and disrepair, looking at action that can be taken by both the tenant and local authority.

Learning outcomes
After this course, you will be able to:
- Advise tenants on the different options available
- Adopt a structured approach to evaluating complaints of disrepair
- Identify the elements of criminal offences under 1977 Protection from Eviction Act
