Delegates will receive an update on changes in statute, case law and practice and have the opportunity to consider the different types of status, how they define housing rights, and the practical issues that arise. It does not cover the asylum support system.

Advisers, policy makers, and housing providers who need to know about the practical consequences of legislative and procedural change. This course is designed for people with experience in housing, and a good basic knowledge of the framework of housing provision is assumed.
