Participants will develop the skills and confidence necessary to plan and deliver a training event, and communicate effectively with an audience. You will have the opportunity to learn from practical exercises and to practise your own training sessions in a safe environment.

Suitable for
New and existing trainers who require a thorough grounding in the theoretical dimension of the training function together with a practical understanding of the planning and delivery framework.
Note
This is not a presentation skills course, however you will be required to plan and deliver a training session. Participants will be required to complete a pre-course questionnaire.
