This course will provide delegates with a good working knowledge of bankruptcy. Participants will explore the reasons why and how people make themselves bankrupt and in what circumstances it may be considered. The course will explain what debts can be included in the bankruptcy and the wider implications for a client's possessions, tenancy and family. Delegates will leave feeling equipped to discuss bankruptcy matters confidently and refer clients to appropriate advice sources.
