Family Law and Domestic Violence

This course allows delegates to gain a basic understanding of family law and domestic violence. In particular delegates will develop an understanding of property rights within relationships, how domestic violence is relevant to court cases involving residence and contact to children, as well as an overview of recent developments in family law.
