In particular delegates will develop an understanding of property rights within relationships, how domestic violence is relevant to court cases involving residence and contact to children, as well as an overview of recent developments in family law.

  • Adoption and Children Act 2002 and domestic violence
  • Children and Adoption Act 2006 and domestic violence.
