This course increases understanding of the methods for involving service users in consultation, information, participation and decision making, and enables delegates to improve communication with their service users.

Front-line staff, managers and specialist involvement workers, who are responsible for developing, communicating and delivering service user involvement strategies within a housing and homelessness context.
