- Rules about staircasing and the resale of shared ownership properties

- How leaseholders can secure further rights in the property through the extension of their leases, collective enfranchisement, or staying on as assured tenants
- Forfeiture or possession proceedings
- The role of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal
