Introduction to the Housing Health and Safety Rating System
Course available: in-house only (on a date and location of your choice)
Duration: 1 day
This course considers the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), which is the basis for assessing conditions under the Housing Act 2004, and also its relevance to the decent homes standard.
