- How to effectively prepare for and structure an interview using four different structuring criteria
- Methods for appropriately opening and closing an interview
- Questioning skills which will elicit relevant information about the candidate and how to discourage irrelevant or long-winded answers
- Three poor questioning techniques to avoid
- A basic understanding of interpreting a candidate's body language
- How to ask questions and interpret answers with regard to competencies for the job role
- A basic understanding of ability and personality testing
