Learning outcomes
After this course, you will be able to:
- Diagnose an occupier’s security of tenure
- Advise an occupier about their notice entitlement and whether a notice that has been given is valid
- Advise an occupier about criteria on which the court can make an order for possession
- Identify situations where an occupier has a defence to possession proceedings.
