This course will equip delegates to assess needs and plan housing related support work. Participants will set person-centred, realistic support targets driven by their service users' actual needs. By the end of the course, delegates will know the difference between needs assessment and support planning and will feel confident in both support needs assessment, planning and reviewing support work.
