This course enables delegates to understand the characteristics and skills of successful teams. It will cover the stages in the formation of a team, along with their challenges and opportunities. Participants will be able to identify their individual team roles and learn how these contribute to their team's success. They will also identify what makes for effective team leadership. In addition, they will explore ways in which the culture of an organisation can impact on individuals and teams, and vice versa.
