  • The language and terminology associated with multiple needs
  • The difference between actual need, coping strategies and challenging behaviour
  • Assessment, prioritising and signposting skills
  • Tools and current working practices which need to be in place for people with multiple needs, including implementing joint working, lead worker methods and case conferences.

Front-line staff working in advice agencies, hostels, day centres, supported housing, floating support, street services and other services working with homeless people.
