A new approach to addressing antisocial behaviour.
In 2002, Shelter and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council established a three-year pilot project, to test a new approach to addressing antisocial behaviour and social exclusion, by offering a specialist floating support service to help households identify and deal with the causes of their behaviour.
This report is an independent evaluation and assesses the extent to which the project represents an effective model for addressing antisocial behaviour within a community context.
Compelling reading for anyone working with vulnerable people.
