Rights to cancel
Under the United Kingdom's Distant Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any Shelter publication within seven working days of delivery.
To cancel this contract, please tick the 'Cancellation of Contract' box on the despatch note. This note should be sent to us, along with the goods that you are returning, within seven working days of the date the goods were delivered to you, to the returns address shown below.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless they are faulty or were delivered to you in error. In the case of defective items, please also enclose a note detailing a full description of the fault.
