Delivery information

You should receive your order within 14 working days.

Returns policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days of the delivery date.

To return an item, please ensure that you wrap the package securely, enclosing a note giving the reason for the return, and send it to the return address shown below. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless they are faulty or were delivered to you in error.

In the case of defective items please ensure that you wrap the package securely, enclosing a note detailing a full description of the fault, and send it to the return address shown below.

If you return goods as detailed, within 14 days, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item.

Rights to cancel

Under the United Kingdom's Distant Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any Shelter Publication within seven working days of delivery.

To cancel this contract, please tick the 'Cancellation of Contract' box on the dispatch note. This note should be sent to us, along with the goods that you are returning, within seven working days of the date the goods were delivered to you, to the returns address shown above.
