Running 15 miles across London is no joke – it’ll be you against the city. That’s why we’ve created a training plan and series of challenges to help you get ready.
Beat the bus
Could you outrun a bus? This 3.7-mile challenge is your chance to find out. Starting at Clapham Common, you’ll race the 88 bus to Trafalgar Square via several famous landmarks.
The early-riser’s run
Hampstead Heath is the perfect place for a weekend run. And if you don’t mind early starts, we recommend watching the sunrise from Parliament Hill before setting off. Nothing beats it.
The East End run
This flat 10km route takes you along the canals of east London. You’ll start and finish in Hackney Wick, which has some great spots for relaxing after your run.
