The voices and stories of people affected by the housing crisis are at the centre of everything we do. First-hand knowledge of your experiences helps us to make sure our services and campaigns are relevant to the real problems people are facing.
We have a network of service user groups across the country, who help gather insights from people who have turned to Shelter, enabling us to constantly evolve and improve what we do. We can also train people who have come to us for help as peer advisers, and help them work towards qualifications in advice and guidance.
