We involve the people who use our advice and support services wherever we can, so that our campaigns and services are always relevant to the real problems they face. We have a network of service user groups who give us crucial insight into how we can best help people in housing need. We also train service users as peer advisers, and help them work towards a qualification in advice and guidance.
Our ambition is to put service users at the heart of what we do by involving them in our governance and planning our services. To do this, we work together with service users and other organisations, making sure that the new services we develop are person-centred and coordinated, so that users will be able to better manage their own lives.
