The popular BUPA London 10,000 is the perfect race for beginners. Starting and finishing in St James’s Park, you’ll follow the 2012 Olympic loop through the heart of the capital and along the River Thames – passing historic sights every step of the way.

How much do I need to raise?
The sponsorship pledge for the BUPA 10k is £250, which includes a £25 registration fee.
About the BUPA 10k
Beginning and ending by Buckingham Palace, the race takes in all the great sights of London, including Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the London Eye, Tate Gallery, Millennium Bridge, the Monument, Bank of England, St. Pauls Cathedral, Nelson's Column and Admiralty Arch.
A mainly flat and fast course, it's a great race for beginners.
