A huge congratulations to all our runners who took part in the 2008 BUPA Great North Run on Sunday 5 October 2008!
The weather was perfect and the atmosphere was amazing as thousands of supporters came out to line the route and cheer the runners all the way to the finishing line.
Once again, thank you to all 162 Shelter runners - as well as the feat of completing the world's largest half marathon, the money you have raised will go towards helping the million homeless and badly housed children in the UK.
