The BUPA London 10,000 follows an exciting route through the heart of London.

A 10 kilometre race, it's as ideal for beginners as it is for experienced runners in training for a longer distance.

How much do I need to raise?

For a guaranteed Shelter place, the minimum sponsorship is £400. If you have your own place, you're welcome to run for us and can raise as much as you want.

About the race  

Beginning and ending by Buckingham Palace, the race takes in all the great sights of London, including Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the London Eye, Tate Gallery, Millennium Bridge, the Monument, Bank of England, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson's Column and Admiralty Arch.

A mainly flat and fast course, it's a great race for beginners.
