Variation of shared ownership leases

How the terms in a shared ownership lease can be varied.

Shared ownership leases cannot be varied without the consent of both the purchaser and the registered social landlord, unless they are varied by an order made by the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)[1] or the county court.
