Music For A Good Home 2

Long-standing Shelter supporters Audioscope have released a new album, Music For A Good Home 2, to raise money for the charity’s work with families in housing need.

Featuring 40 artists, the album includes new and exclusive tracks from internationally-renowned musicians including Four Tet, Wire, Beak> and Ride, as well as the best of Oxfordshire's music scene.

The launch marks the twelfth anniversary of the Audioscope festival, which has raised more than £23,000 for Shelter since it began in 2001. All the artists involved in the album have either performed at or supported the festival.

Audioscope co-organiser Stuart Fowkes said: ‘The response from bands and musicians and their excitement about being part of the record was phenomenal.

‘It's been remarkable to see bands from as far afield as West Virginia to some of the most exciting bands in Britain as enthusiastic about supporting Shelter as we are.’

Music For A Good Home 2 is available for a minimum donation of £5, with all proceeds going to Shelter.
