Room hire - 4 Garrett Street

Our central London venue hire facility is home to a suite of bright, flexible event spaces which provide a practical and affordable venue for charities, non-profit and commercial organisations.

Facilities are available for hire on a full or half-day basis, and discounted rates are offered for charities. Our larger rooms can be hired in the evening on a room hire rate or as part of our Evening Package

Any profits made from the hire of facilities at 4 Garrett Street will go towards supporting our vital work, helping the thousands of families facing bad housing and homelessness.


Located less than ten minutes walk from Old Street and Barbican tube stations, the venue has excellent transport links. It is also easily accessible from several mainline stations, including Euston and Kings Cross.

Equipment and technical support

All spaces offer audiovisual equipment and free Wi-Fi. The use of the in-room projectors or TV screens are at an additional cost of £70 or £35 for a half-day, cables and technical support are included. Laptops can also be provided at an extra cost.


All-day complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are provided from the refreshment area, which offers a spacious breakout facility.

A variety of lunches and an evening buffet can be provided. Special dietary requirements can be catered for.

Evening and weekend hire

You can hire our larger rooms on a room only basis or as part of our Evening Package which includes:

  • hire of the Seminar Room, private balcony and refreshment facilities
  • audio visual facilities and PA system if required
  • flipchart and pens
  • tea, coffee and biscuits
  • finger buffet*
  • mineral water & fruit juice

You can also hire our larger rooms at the weekend, please note that an additional charge of £150 applies to the regular charity or commercial full-day rate.
