David Roberts

David is an experienced and responsive trainer, developing and delivering training courses as well as working as a tribunal judge. David has delivered training for Shelter for over nine years and previously worked in Shelter's legal team. David has worked as a senior and principal university lecturer, a housing adviser and a solicitor - running a legal aid firm specialising in housing, community care, welfare benefits, human and equality rights law. David was the solicitor instructed in the first case in which damages were awarded under the HRA 2010.
