Frances Burton

Frances is a trainer, executive coach and consultant specialising in financial well-being, communication and management skills. Frances has over 30 years’ experience working with a range of voluntary, public and private sector organisations. Working with Shelter for over 20 years Frances has delivered a range of courses such as aggressive and difficult behaviours, interviewing and negotiating skills, supporting staff through supervision, assertive communication, and professional boundaries. Frances also trains charities, including Citizens Advice and the Money Charity. Frances uses training, coaching and facilitation techniques to create a supportive, empowering and interactive learning environment. Frances develops participants by providing both a challenging and enjoyable learning experience.
