Michelle Harrington

Michelle Harrington is a senior training professional with over 20 years’ experience of designing, delivering and evaluating programs. She has worked across and provided support in many different business areas including customer service delivery, head office functions, and Institute of Leadership & Management delivery. Michelle has worked organisations that include City of London Council, Wandsworth Council, Merton Council and the NHS. As a trainer she creates an interactive learning environment with practical illustrations and encourages delegates to be open minded and prepared for a challenge.
