If you have problems paying your mortgage, it may be possible to increase your income by renting out all or part of your home to make your mortgage more affordable.

There may ways to increase your income, even if you can't get a better paid job or increase your hours. For example, you may be eligible for income support mortgage interest payments. Your options usually depend on your personal circumstances and whether your situation is temporary or long-term.
