If your health is not what it was, you’re disabled, in hospital for a while or contemplating if a care home might be the better option for you, take time to explore your options. Find out what support you could get if you prefer to stay at home.

You could get housing benefit to cover short times away in hospital or even two homes if you have to wait for your adaptations to be finished before you move in.
