• the court's powers to to confirm or amend these rights

• what someone needs to know if they are looking to end their current tenancy

• advise people on their rights in their current accommodation

• prevent homelessness by exploring options for people who wish to remain in their current accommodation

• ensure that people are properly advised on how to terminate any existing tenancy contract
