Coronavirus (COVID-19) information for our customers and donors

Following government guidelines, our England Shelter shops are closed, as of 5 November 2020.

While our shops are closed, we still need your support this Christmas to help the thousands of people who face the threat of eviction and homelessness in a year that has been challenging for us all.

Please continue to support us through our online shop, where you can buy our range of Christmas cards, emergency chocolate bars, virtual gifts, and Christmas crackers.

We have almost 100 Shelter shops on high streets across the UK, each one selling a fantastic variety of items to raise funds to help fight homelessness.

All our Shelter charity shops have a great range of second-hand clothing for men, women and children, including one-off vintage items, as well as books, CDs, DVDs and bric-a-brac. We also have a number of shops dedicated to selling quality second-hand furniture.

Got unwanted items? We accept donations of good quality goods and clothes to all our Shelter shops. And if you can spare some time we always welcome volunteers.
