What this course covers

This training can be delivered face to face or through an online webinar.

  • an overview of the Renters' Rights Act and its implementation

  • tenancy reform and key changes

  • new grounds for possession in relation to supported housing

  • accommodation for homeless people

  • housing conditions and the Decent Homes Standard

  • security of tenure under the Renters' Rights Act

  • circumstances where a provider of supported housing can end a tenancy

  • the evidence that will be required to prove a ground for possession

  • how the Renters' Rights Act affects the provision of homelessness accommodation and supported housing
