Use your experience of housing issues to achieve change
Please note that while the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak means we are not currently running face-to-face activities, there are still plenty of ways to get involved and have your say by email, phone, and video.
We all need somewhere to call home. But right now, not everyone has a safe, secure, and affordable place to live. Instead, many people’s lives are being turned upside down by homelessness, bad housing conditions, soaring rents, discrimination, and the threat of eviction. We’re committed to changing this – but we can only do it with your help.
Tell us how you would like to be involved using the registration form below.

That’s why we want to hear from anyone who has experience of housing issues or homelessness. By sharing your experiences and ideas, you can be a powerful voice for change. You’ll not only help us improve the ways we help people facing the housing crisis, but you could have the opportunity to meet new people, build skills and gain practical experience to go on your CV, plus have access to learning, development, and support.
How you can help
There are so many ways you could get involved, including:
joining meetings or groups with people who have similar experiences
helping to design and shape our campaigns
using your experience to tell us how we can improve our services
helping us interview potential staff so we hire the right person for the job
How to get involved
All you need to do to get involved with our work is fill in the form below. Once you’ve told us a bit more about your experiences and how you’d like to help, we’ll be in contact to talk more about the type of involvement that suits you best. We’ll make it as easy as possible, no matter where you live and how much time you have to spare.
