Open Letter: Economists Call on UK Chancellor to Invest in Social Housing

Ahead of the Spending Review this June, 40 economists, including four Nobel Laureates, as well as six policy experts, have signed an open letter urging the Chancellor to commit to a major boost to social housing investment, at least double the value of the previous Affordable Homes Programme, which prioritises social rent homes.
