Garden Cities; Wolfson Finalists Report

Despite widespread agreement that new garden cities could help address the housing shortage, there has been little progress in identifying actual locations for them, or the mechanisms for getting them built.


The five finalists of the 2014 Wolfson Economics Prize set out the key principles and practical steps that the next government needs to take in order to build a new generation of garden cities.
