guidance on eligibility concessions including domestic abuse victims and the Windrush scheme
information to help navigate language barriers, digital access issues and systemic challenges
guidance on when the Children Act might apply
It includes a dedicated session from St Mungo’s on how to support people with immigration needs who are rough sleeping.

explain how relevant legal duties apply in practice
