How to book Shelter training

Use our training portal to book housing and homelessness training courses, live webinars and elearning.

Log in to the training portal

You need to join our training portal, AccessplanIT, to book any of our training and events. If you already have an account, you can log in now.

You will need your user name and password to log in. If you need to reset your details, you can do this in the training portal.

Booking training for other people

You need to be set up as a manager in the training portal to book training for other team members.

Email us at training@shelter.org.uk so we can set you up.

Add courses to your basket

You can add courses using the booking links on the course page or by adding them to your shopping basket in the training portal.

Check out in our training portal

Once you've added courses to your basket, you need to check out to access training.

Payment can be made via card or you can choose to receive an invoice. Once your training is booked you will receive a confirmation email with details of how to access the course.

Book DLUHC funded training

Some of our training is free for eligible organisations, funded by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.

If you are eligible for DLUHC funded training, you still need to check out via the training portal. The cost of the course will appear as £0 and you will not be charged.

These courses cannot be purchased by individuals from non-eligible organisations.
