Face to face and webinar training includes:
possession claims for rented property under CPR 55 Part I
accelerated Procedure under CPR 55 Part II for assured shorthold tenants
adjournments, directions, allocation, and costs
how to file a defence or make an application using Form N244
what to do in court and the range of orders the Court can make
enforcement of possession warrants and warrant suspension applications
setting aside possession orders and executed warrants
This course does not cover mortgage cases. This is covered in Defending Mortgage Possession Proceedings.
You'll be sent pre-course reading two weeks before the course.
