Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge
- Dorset
- 16-17 May 2026
- 100km, 75km, 50km, 25km or 10km - you choose!
- Registration fee: £20 - £50
- Fundraising pledge: £100 - £575

Walk the Jurassic Coast for Shelter, get sponsored and raise vital funds for housing justice.
You can walk, jog or run – the choice is yours. There are different distance options to suit everyone. Enjoy a 10km circular walk at Bridport or push your fitness to the limit with a 100km ultra marathon.
Starting at Corfe Castle, the route follows the beautiful Dorset World Heritage coastline. You'll hike through Swanage and along to Lulworth Cove. Take in stunning coastal views, including the iconic Durdle Door, as you head to the halfway point at Weymouth.
The full 100km challenge continues past photogenic sights like Portland Bill, Chesil Beach and West Bay. Finally, you'll make your way inland through green countryside to reach the Bridport finish line.
We believe that home is a human right. Will you join us?

How your fundraising helps
When you fundraise for Shelter, you're standing with people who face homelessness or unsafe housing.
Our experts provide advice and support through our emergency helpline, webchat service and face-to-face in local hubs.
Every mile and every pound you raise will help defend the right to a safe home.
£20 could fund a webchat, providing essential housing advice
£58 could answer two calls to our emergency helpline
£157 could pay for legal advice to help a family in crisis keep their home
