Shelter Birmingham Support Services (families)
Shelter’s Birmingham centre is on hand to offer practical and emotional support for families settling into new accommodation after homelessness.
Our trained, dedicated advisers are able to help you with a range of aspects, which can impact on housing including, benefit applications, access to childcare, and sourcing vocational training.
Shelter Birmingham also offers wider housing advice for issues including disrepair, eviction, possession orders, housing benefits and debt management. For those eligible for legal aid Shelter can also provide legal advice for housing-related court hearings.
