At Shelter's centre in Bristol you are able to receive free legal advice relating to a wide range of housing issues.
Our legal advisers support people facing eviction from the home, non-mortgage possession of the home and injunctions relating to housing issues. Legal advice is also available for clients facing court hearings over possession for rent arrears, or antisocial behaviour.
Shelter's Bristol service also provides assistance if you are homeless or threatened with homelessness. And our team are also able to offer a range of free of housing advice, including liaison with environmental health if your rented accommodation is in such a state of disrepair it poses a risk to your health or safety.
We also offer advice on fuel debt and energy problems.
