You can ask your council's homeless team for help if you meet the immigration conditions.

You do not have to be sleeping rough to count as homeless or to ask for help.

You can count as homeless if you cannot live in your home because of problems like violence or dangerous conditions.

You can also ask your council for help if you're threatened with homelessness in the next 8 weeks. For example, if you get a notice from your landlord.
